These terms govern your use of hybridcre.ai, app.hybridcre.ai, and the Hybrid assistant over text, email and the app (the "Service"), provided by Hybrid Capital Group LLC, doing business as HybridCRE ("Hybrid", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Hybrid is an AI assistant for commercial lending professionals. It reads the files you send, drafts analysis and messages, and helps you move deals forward. Drafts are for your review: nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval, and you remain responsible for credit decisions and anything you send.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to share any files you send us. Your content stays yours; you give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you.
Do not use the Service to break the law, send unsolicited messages, or interfere with the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong; check figures and documents before relying on them. Hybrid is not a lender and does not offer or arrange loans.
To the extent the law allows, Hybrid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
Program. HybridCRE Assistant texts. When you opt in, Hybrid Capital Group LLC (HybridCRE) sends recurring automated text messages about your Hybrid account, including assistant replies to your questions, notices that files you uploaded were processed, reminders to review drafts, and account notices.
Consent. You opt in by checking the text message box on our sign-up page at hybridcre.ai/sms or on our waitlist form. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help. Reply HELP, or email deals@hybridcre.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
