This policy explains how Hybrid Capital Group LLC, doing business as HybridCRE ("Hybrid", "we", "us"), collects and uses information through hybridcre.ai, app.hybridcre.ai, and our text messaging and email services (together, the "Service").
To provide and improve the Service, process the deals you send us, communicate with you about your account, send text messages you opted in to, provide support, and keep the Service secure.
Files you send are encrypted, kept in your workspace, and never used to train AI models. We delete them when you ask.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Hybrid (for example hosting, messaging and email providers) under confidentiality obligations, when you direct us to, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing deals@hybridcre.com.
We use encryption and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
